Welcome to the home and studio of Judy and Butch:
also known as The Sandwitch Shop. We live in a beautiful, gated, and partially wooded little valley. It's gated so that once I get you in here, you can't escape. Let us take you on a tour.
After we pick you up at the San Luis Obispo Airport, we drive 22 miles north to Atascadero, and then to our gate. Frequently the resident deer are there to greet us. Sometimes they pretend to be lawn sculptures as well. Most frequently however, they're eating the latest flowers and bushes we've planted.
Driving down the circular driveway, we get our first view of the house. The larger part of the house is the main house; the section with vines growing up the wall is the indoor pool, and the student apartment adjoins it (Out of the picture, to the left).
The apartment has a large bedroom with king-sized bed, extremely generous bathroom with dual sinks and a large step-in shower, nice living room with fireplace, cable TV and sound system.
The kitchen is fully equipped and your refrigerator stuffed with all of your favorite goodies. This makes it nice for all involved, since, when desired, total privacy is possible. Oh; by the way, you also have your own washer and dryer. (No way am I doing your laundry!)
By now, our alert and well-trained security staff has become aware of your presence, and will want to check you out.
After dropping you at your front door and giving you time to settle in, perhaps you'd like to take a swim, or take a walk and commune with nature--there's lots of it here.
The beautiful and well-equipped studio is a great place to work as well as take a much-needed break. Grit and Booger, studio kitties and teaching assistants extraordinaire, will make your class experience even more memorable.
So book your private class immediately, if not sooner. We look forward to working and socializing with you. (And don't think you'll leave without a little torture and humiliation. Why should you be any different from all my other students?)
